When will my tickets be sent out?
Ticket/s will be sent out approximately 7 days after date of purchase.

If I have bought more than one ticket, will all the tickets be sent out to me?
Yes, all the tickets will be sent to the person who purchased the tickets.

Are the seats allocated?
The seats are not allocated in any of the seating sections. You can sit anywhere in your allocated section. For example, if you purchased GOLD tickets, you can sit anywhere in the GOLD section. This is also the case for VIP, EXEC VIP & DIAMOND.

I have bought more than one ticket & the tickets have got different door numbers on them, can my group not all sit together?
The seats are not allocated. Even though your tickets have different door numbers, you can still all enter in the same door and sit together in the chosen section. This is the case for ALL ticket types; GOLD, VIP, EXEC VIP & Diamond.

If I want to sit next to my friend can I reserve a seat?
No, you cannot reserve any seats. If you want to sit next someone, you will need to register together & get a seat together when the doors open to the event.

What are the times of the event each day?
Friday 10th September 9am - 8pm (doors will open at 8am) Saturday 11th September 9am - 8pm

What do we receive when we register on Friday morning?
You will receive the event workbook & the event wristband. This must be worn for the duration of the event, this will give you access to the event over the two days.

Do we have to register at the venue when we arrive even though we have our tickets?
Yes, you do. All ticket holders must register. Each ticket holder must bring along their tickets to the registration counter.
  • If you have a GOLD ticket, then head to the GOLD registration counter.
  • If you have a VIP ticket, then head to the VIP registration counter.
  • If you have an EXEC VIP, ticket then head to the EXEC VIP counter.
  • If you have a DIAMOND ticket, then head to the DIAMOND registration counter.

Our friendly staff will be there to direct to you the correct registration counter.

YOU MUST HOLD ON TO YOUR TICKET, do not lose it, this is your entry into the event.

If I have purchased more than one ticket, do I need to let Empowernet know details of all the ticket holders?
Yes, Empowernet must receive all the ticket holders’ details; name, address, mobile & email address.

What time does registration open?
Registration opens at 7am on Friday 10th September. It is advisable to come early to the event, to avoid the rush & get a good seat in the house.

YOU MUST BE registered by 8.30am to gain entry into the event.

Where can I park at the venue?
Go to the Sydney Entertainment Centre website for all parking & public transport details. www.sydentcent.com.au

How far is the venue from the airport?
By taxi: 25 – 35minutes (depending on traffic).
By bus: allow 1 hour


Will there be a place to store my luggage at the venue?
Yes, there will be a luggage store room where you can store your luggage on both days of the event if required.

Will I be able to buy food at the venue?
Yes, there are plenty of eating facilities onsite at the venue.
